1. BFIT Group of Institutions
BFIT (Baba Farid Institute of Technology) Group of Institutions was established in 2002 under the aegis of Kartar Educational & Cultural Society and had affiliations with HNB Garhwal (Central) University, Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU) and Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University (SDSUU). BFIT is recognised by UGC and accredited by NAAC and AICTE. The institution welcomes students from all over the world.
BFIT offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the fields of Engineering, Medical, Management, Science, Arts, Mass Communication, Information Technology, and many more. Graphic Era (deemed to be university) was established in 1996 as Graphic Era Institute of Technology (GEIT), and was granted deemed university status in 2008 under the UGC Act, 1956. Graphic Era University (GEU) was graded A + by the NAAC and recognized by UGC.
GEU offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral-level programs through various departments. The engineering departments of the institute include computer science and engineering, electronics and communication engineering, petroleum engineering and earth science, electrical engineering, civil engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, biotechnology and allied sciences.
